Mental Health During the Pandemic

The ASK campaign was launched by Kieran Miles in early 2020 to achieve three things:

1. Normalize the conversation about mental health through activating community leaders to share their stories and support mechanisms
2. Signpost the support which already exists
3. Positively impact the prevention of serious mental health challenges, to reduce the impact on the NHS and as a result improve services when they are most needed
