Sit With Shawnta: Free Meditation Group for BIPOC

Join Shawnta Valdes for a deeply soothing and powerfully calming meditation intended for BIPOC dealing with trauma, generalized anxiety and nervous systems in overdrive. This 30 minute experience is designed to bring ease to the body, peace to the mind and a sense of overall well being. No previous meditation experience necessary - first time students always welcome!

This free meditation group is offered by Project HEAL, a non-profit that is breaking down barriers to eating disorder treatment.
