Part of LVL-ing UP

Hosted by Ellie Rhodes

Tune-in to hear a discussion with Ellie Rhodes and Eve Thomas on exploring self compassion and technology.

TRU LUV
is a women led development studio combining feminist art, poetry, witchcraft, psychological frameworks, and AI algorithms to create experiences built from love, not fear. Their first project, #SelfCare, is a free, simple, and beautiful AI companion for joy and self-connection, created to reduce anxiety in our day to day lives and make our relationships with technology and apps less toxic.

Eve Thomas is the co-creator #SelfCare and Brand Director at TRU LUV. She is an award-winning writer, editor, and artist based in Montreal, Canada. Her past work as a magazine editor and travel writer has taken her everywhere from the Great Wall of China to the Galapagos Islands. Her personal projects include the gender-bending portrait series Poster Boys (inspired by '90s teen idols) at Never Apart Gallery and a musical adaptation of the 1980s Canadian show Degrassi Junior High.
