Inclusive Accessible Yoga & Mindfulness

Join Hope For The Day Agents of Impact, yoga instructors Nichol Somers and Britt Kaplan, for a 75-minute class via Zoom.

Considerations to enhance your experience: 

  • Yoga mat - A towel, blanket, carpeted floor, etc. can also work but be cautious about slipping or sliding on non-carpeted floors when using a towel or blanket.
  • Yoga blocks - One can improvise the same supports by rolling a towel or blanket.
  • Water bottle - Stay hydrated.
  • Journal (if desired) - Practice another tool for self care, anywhere, if that's for you.
