Guided Meditation Practice & Discussion for Young Adults

Free and open to the public, these weekly drop-in sessions are intended to support those interested in developing and sustaining a regular mindfulness meditation practice. This opportunity is geared toward people ages 18-33.

Inspired by the essential principles of MBSR (Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction), each session includes guided mindfulness meditation practice and discussion on practice related themes.
