The Self-Care Toolbox: Minding Your Thoughts

Penny for your thoughts? In this age of information and [over]stimulation, our attention is pulled in so many different directions that it's hard to remain aware of all the thoughts that go through our mind. This is problematic though, because the quality of our thoughts determines the quality of our life. In this episode, we will borrow some tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that will help us to not only keep track of our inner narratives, but question and edit them too.

In this series, therapist and parenting coach, Teodora Pavkovic, will explore what digital wellness means for children and adults, and how we can go about forming healthy relationships with our tech in the present, and prepare for innovations that are yet to come.
