This group is developed to treat adults (ages 18-22) on ways to manage stress and anxiety while adjusting to their new life as an adult. The group will be facilitated by Hermaya Onunwor who is licensed social worker and mental health therapist. Group members are expected to participate in group discussions and support each other while learning ways to manage anxiety and improve mood, develop self esteem, create healthy relationships and manage day to day responsibilities.
