Depression, Anxiety and Fear of Being Black in America

During these challenging times, it is normal to experience a range of emotions. During uncertainty, we can often find ourselves feeling anxious, depressed, afraid, or angry. As of late, we noticed, through social interaction, an increase of anxiety, and fear within the black community. We have seen a significant number of individuals report they are not mentally or physically okay since all that has been happening and struggling in finding a way to cope.

Join this discussion about the trauma, fear, frustration, and much more of being BLACK IN AMERICA. This is a place to express yourself freely without judgment.

America Alisha Allen, LCSW, Samantha Arnold, LPC, and Sharriffah Azzam, BCBA will be joining host Michele Wyatt Brady, LPC, NCC, CPCS, MAC for this panel discussion on mental health, compassion, and overcoming challenges.
