Sunday Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

In response to this time of heightened anxiety and isolation due to the current global pandemic, we are offering virtual meditations on Sunday. We are glad to offer these live practice sessions free to all.

This weekly meditation session will be held via the Zoom and will feature a talk and guided practice led by Venerable Sumanacara. There will also be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of each session. Free Registration is required to get the Zoom link.

This guided practice emphasizes bringing a gentle and kind attention to our bodies, feelings, minds, mental objects, and then including all experience with a receptive presence.
