Lunch and Learn: Eating to Support Mental Health

Eating to Support Mental Health

The idea of cooking, meal planning, and, just eating can cause us stress. Food runs deep and the idea of it is connected to many of our beliefs. It's used to celebrate, punish, and reward.

A lot of us will develop mental health issues directly related to food, from shame to bulimia.

Training Objectives:

1. Understand the emotional relationship we have with food and identify subconscious patterns related to eating.

2. Identify key nutrients and how deficiencies can add to our stress and ability to deal with anxiety.

3. Discover key nutrients and recipe combinations that support the brain, nervous system, and gut health.

Location: Zoom (Attendees will receive a link to join the training the morning of January 26)
