Gather in community and learn techniques to cope with some of today's challenges.
This is a free offering to anyone enduring stress. They'll meet to discuss ways to cope during COVID, recovery from fires, and losses due to the on-going crisis. Each session, Lisa will lead through simple calming techniques, discuss cognitive and somatic coping, followed by group discussion on more ways to build resiliency for self, family & community.
Join them for one or both sessions - similar information will be shared at each.
